A handful of people marched today, Saturday, September 11, 1999, about 15. Tom Poor Bear and members of Camp Justice talked with the state police and the sheriff's department, who stated that they will not recognize an injunction from the Tribal Court and that it will have to come from the State or Federal Court before they will recognize it. They also said they will talk to the business owners in Whiteclay to see if they would willingly close down for the marches but that they cannot force them to do so.Camp Justice members will go to the Tribal Council on Wednesday and ask them to take a stronger hand in what is happening with Whiteclay and Camp Justice.
