Town of Colden Pledges Support Seneca
"On State's Proposed Tax Regulations"

The Town Board of Colden, NY, has passed a resolution in support of the Seneca Nation's position on the state's proposed tax regulations.
The resolution states that "the Colden Town Board cannot in good conscience support the State's action because what we are telling our children is that it is permissible for the State of New York to break Federal Laws but our children are told to obey them all and respect the United States Constitution."
