The 14th Annual Conference for American Indian Women, 'A Native Woman’s Journey: Walking in Beauty', will be held December 3rd through the 5th, 2002, at the Red Lion Hotel, in Sacramento, California. The conference is being sponsored by the American Indian Training Institute, Inc. and the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.

The conference on "A Native Woman's Journey: Walking in Beauty" provides a dynamic learning experience in a setting that allows for the greatest degree of personal interchange and professional growth. Workshops will address topics that will broaden knowledge and skills assisting participants in developing and delivering quality services to their community.
