BOULDER, CO - Bonnie Raitt has donated some special Golden and Silver Circle tickets to the Native American Rights Fund from her up and coming, June 5 show at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Golden Circle seats will include a private post-show reception with the nine-time Grammy winner, and the Silver Circle tickets insure prime seating at the newly renovated amphitheatre.

The singer-songwriter has participated in several benefit concerts and receptions for nonprofit organizations who work to increase the Native American vote, stop the slaughter of the Yellowstone bison, and promote tribal economic development.

Native American Rights Fund Executive Director, John Echohawk said, "Bonnie has been active in the preservation of tribal existence and the protection of tribal natural resources for many years. We are grateful to Bonnie for this partnership. We hope the local Colorado community will buy the Golden Circle tickets to meet a special woman and talented artist."

Development Director Mary Lu Prosser added, "Bonnie's new single, 'I Can't Help You Now' is paradoxical to her gesture. Her generosity and willingness to aid our nonprofit on her latest tour is splendid."

The Circle tickets will also co-benefit the Buffalo Field Campaign located in West Yellowstone, Montana. The Buffalo Field Campaign is the only group in the field 365 days a year to prevent the slaughter of the last wild herd of buffalo. Cold Mountain, Cold Rivers is the fiscal sponsor for the Buffalo Field Campaign; a nonprofit founded in 1990 to promote the awareness and citizen involvement in environmental and human rights issues.

Ticket sale proceeds from the Golden and Silver Circle seats will go directly to the Native American Rights Fund and the Buffalo Field Campaign. Tickets are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and are available through the Native American Rights Fund. To purchase tickets, please contact, Montoya Whiteman, phone: 303-447-8760, Monday-Friday during business hours.

The Native American Rights Fund is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to assist Indians tribes, individuals and organizations with legal advice and representation on issues of national significance to Native Americans.
