A student gathering that is being planned by the American Indian Council at the Ohio State University. It is intended as a means for Indigenous students from across the state to get together and get to know one another. It's FREE and everyone is welcome to attend, so please pass this information on to anyone that might be interested in coming.

On Friday, March 8th, we will be kicking things off with a concert by Bill Miller at 9:00 p.m. He will be playing in Stecker Lounge on the 3rd floor of the Ohio Union.

After the concert, head on upstairs to the Multicultural Center on the 4th floor for a Pizza party and an Indigenous Movie Marathon (Smoke Signals, Pow Wow Highway, and Dance Me Outside to name a few titles). Feel free to bring a sleeping bag and crash on the 4th floor...our students have also generously offered floor space in their luxurious campus accomodations.

We will wrap things up on Saturday afternoon with a Social Dance in the Multicultural Center. Thunder Boyz will be singing for us and we will have frybread and some traditional food (I'm trying to negotiate tamales) as well as some "campus traditional" fare such as grinders, wings, etc.
