The Leadership Academy, a joint program of the Departments of Educational Policy and Administration and Work, Community and Family Education of the University of Minnesota are accepting applications for Cohort VI. The three year program leads to an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

The program has had several American Indian graduates, including Rosemary Christensen, Linda LeGarde Grover, and Priscilla Day. Currently, 11 American Indian doctoral students are enrolled in the program (Cohort IV and V).
