The International Indigenous Proclamation of the Tetuwan Lakota, signed by U.N., UNPO, Tetuwan Headsmen.By the First Northern Hemisphere Indigenous Embassy of North America
A Proclamation:
Affirming the Tetuwan Lakota Oyate as an International Nation of Indigenous People of the Northern Hemisphere of North America in dignity and Rights to be respected as such, in common heritage of human kind.
Recognizing the Supreme Reign within the borders of the Fort Laramie1851 & 1868 Treaties with United States of America. In defeating the United States Seventh Cavalry at the Little Big Horn Battle of June 25, 1876, for 125 years, the United States waged Cultural, Social, Economic and Political Oppression in Treaty Violations and the effects of Human Rights & by exhausting all remedies within its domain.
Therefore recognize the former Red Cloud Building "Wicapi Iyoyunpa Building" as now established as the Tetuwan Oyate International Embassy, which will encompass all Indigenous Nations having one voice in the world Forum in Peace Keeping, Human Rights Protection, Indigenous Security & in addtion to have individual rights to life, physical and mental intergrity, liberty and security of person. Being recognized as members in the United Nations Forum as a Sovereign Lakota Nation.
