I have been very busy working on The Taking of our children,The white Swan Oyate Survivors, Descendants, Relatives, and Supporters group, and Taking Yankton Sioux Business and Claims Committee for denying the tribal membership the right to vote along with other issues through out the State. Della Eastman and Darlene Pipe Boy want us to go march in Sisseton sometime soon. The reason I write today is on March 22,2001 there will be a general council meeting at the ft Randall casino to discuss the braveheart Society and how much we Should pay brian collins and faith spotted eagle for volunteering in the lose of our jurisdiction and going against the elders and people by going along with her own agenda just to get paid for moving our ancestors bodies. Yes this is the Same faith Spotted Eagle and Collins who sued her own people for $500,000. For using her relatives name and face on a token. Later we find out that chief not afraid of pawnee was banded from our tribe for raping children and other Atrocities he caused to his people.

Now for someone that exploits our traditions she want to take from her people at a time when we have nothing, but that doesn't matter to Faith and Collins once our tribe go's under her and her husband will move on to another tribe,that seems to be their practice,Use and abuse then move on.

The other thing that is happening on the 22nd is Gloria Aungie will be in a fight to gain custody of her grandchildren,6 of them to be exact. Even though she was told by our so called in house attorney Julie Weddell, who also claims it be in charge of Civil Rights for the tribe, tells Gloria it's too late in the ball game and that only after her son rights are terminated can ICWA can do anything. (Like our lives and futures are just a game she is playing). There will be a protest out side the lake andes court house starting at 9:00 am, on the 22, 2001 The Dakota/Lakota/Nakota human Rights Advocacy Coalition will be joining, body and Spirit with My Relative Gerti Zephier and the grandmother advocacy group she is a part of. We are grateful that She will be with us on this important day. When we face the enemy together.

Other issue of discussion I received a letter from the Argus Leader Editor. It seems that they had no knowledge of our protest on ICT. Funny because I sent all the information to Lee Williams which once again proves that he only write for Faith Spotted Eagle, Julie Weddall, and Tessa Lehto.
