Yankton Sioux Grass Roots March Planned

SOUTH DAKOTA - On July 11, 2000 at 12:00 noon on the Yankton Sioux lands there will be a March & Rally against discrimination, racism, hate crime, and other inhumane acts against the Yankton Sioux Oyate, all Indigenous people, and their lands, waters, and resources.
The walk will start at the BIA, Yankton Indian Agency, 29775 Main Ave. Wagner, SD to the Indian Health Services care Facility, 111 Washington Ave. NW. From there we will car pool to Lake Andes Pow -Wow grounds, where we will continue our march through the town of Lake Andes and end at the Charles Mix County Courthouse , 400 Main St. E.
