AIMFL to Hold Annual State Conference

The American Indian Movement of Florida will hold its annual State Conference for 2000 at Wickham Park in Melbourne, Florida, September 1-3, 2000.
This conference will for the first time be open to the public. The public will be invited to attend and participate in workshop sessions that will be held.
While a formal invitation letter is being drafted and will be mailed out and e-mailed in a few weeks we want to make this announcement so anyone wishing to attend may be aware of it.
There will be a nominal registration fee for individuals wishing to attend who are not members of AIM or an AIM Support Group.
In addition to the workshops, two general meetings will be held, a AIM for Freedom Concert and two human rights awards will be issued.
