VINITA, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation Cultural Resource Center will sponsor a presentation by award-winning Cherokee potter Jane Osti, at the Vinita Public Library, from 3:15 p.m. until 5 p.m., Wednesday, September 27, in the library’s Heritage Room. Osti is a designated Master Artist and Cherokee Living Treasure who specializes in traditional Cherokee coil-built, wood-fired pottery. Space for the class is limited. Anyone interested in participating in the class should enroll with Susan Ryals, Vinita Public Library Director, by calling 918-256-2115, no later than Monday, September 25. A sign in sheet is also available at the library.
