ADAIR, OKLAHOMA - Cherokee Nation Tribal Councilor Joe Crittenden of Adair County recently took time to read to children of the Cherokee Nation Head Start programs in Adair County.

The Cherokee Nation Early Childhood Unit operates 35 centers, providing services to more than 600 children throughout the tribe’s jurisdictional boundaries.
