TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA – The Cherokee Nation One-Stop Business Assistance Center will host two vendor fairs and mini-workshop events, allowing Cherokee Nation Indian Certified businesses and vendors to market their products and services to multiple purchasing departments and buyers within the Cherokee Nation and its affiliates.The first will be held on Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Tsa-La-Gi Community Meeting Room located next to the complex in Tahlequah, and the second will be on Thursday, June 29, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Catoosa at the Cherokee Casino & Resort in convention rooms Salon B, C and D.
Representatives from Cherokee Nation entities and business enterprises will be available to present information to those in attendance.

CN to Host Bookkeeping Workshop TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA – The Cherokee Nation Small Business Assistance Center will be holding a Basic Bookkeeping Workshop on Tuesday, March 28, from 6-8:30 p.m. in Room 117 of the Tsa La Gi Office Complex located in the tribal complex south of Tahlequah.
The workshop is free to the public and will cover record keeping, single/double entry bookkeeping, cash receipts, cash disbursement, bank reconciliation, and merchant accounts. Business owners and anyone interested in starting a business are encouraged to attend.
