TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA – The Cherokee National Holiday’s Annual Co-ed Volleyball Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 2, beginning at 8 a.m. west of the Cherokee Nation tribal complex south of Tahlequah.

The tournament is limited to the first 16 teams. The team captain of each participating team must submit a team roster before the first match is played. There is a limit of ten persons per team. The tournament is a double elimination. Awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places, and two awards will be presented to the most valuable players.

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 30, and no late entries will be accepted. An entry fee of $70 will be required to participate in the event. For more information or to register, contact Crystal Washington, phone: 918-453-5531 or by e-mail.
