TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA – Sequoyah High School (SHS) recently crowned their 2005 football homecoming royalty.

Seniors Heather Goodrich and Ryan Sierra were voted the 2005 football homecoming queen and king. Goodrich is the 18 year-old daughter of Kristene Scraper. She is from Tahlequah, Okla., and is Creek and Cherokee. Goodrich is a member of the SHS cheerleading squad. Sierra is the 17 year-old son of Isidoro and Kathy Sierra of Hulbert, Okla. He is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, a member of the football team and senior class president.
The senior class attendant was Shawna Singleterry escorted by senior, Justin Marshall. Singleterry is the 18-year-old daughter of Lupe and Mary Singleterry of Westville, Okla. Marshall is the 19-year-old son of Mary Marshall of Eufaula, Okla.
The junior class attendant was Tabitha Bluebird escorted by senior, Nate Cline. Bluebird is the 17-year-old daughter of Terri and David Bluebird of Welling, Okla. Cline is the 17-year-old son of Bob and Shelia Henson of Briggs, Okla.
The sophomore class attendant was Cassie Moore escorted by senior, Derek Foreman. Moore is the 16-year-old daughter of Pam and Pat Moore and lives in Tahlequah. Foreman is the 18-year-old son of Sonny and Sandra Foreman of Locust Grove, Okla.
The freshman class attendant was Mallory Sequichie escorted by senior, Coty Bunch. Sequichie is the 14-year-old daughter of Laura Sequichie-Henson and Dennis Sequichie and lives in Tahlequah. Bunch is the 17-year-old son of Harold and Angie Bunch of Stilwell, Oklahoma.
Twins, Raely and Isaiah Tiger served as ring bearer and flower girl. They are the 5-year-old children of Ryan Tiger of Tahlequah and Christy and Larry Smith of Dewar and the grandchildren of Laura Sequichie-Henson and Dennis Sequichie.
