TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation is seeking applicants to fill jobs at Cherokee Nation-owned businesses. A job fair will be held at the W. W. Hastings Indian Hospital on Monday, March 7 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.In addition to resume assistance, staff members will be on hand to assist with applications for open positions at Cherokee Nation, Cherokee Nation Enterprises (Cherokee Casino) and Cherokee Nation Industries. Current openings include a variety of full- and part-time positions, including professional, clerical, food and beverage, cashier, casino table games dealer, promotions, security, and many more. A representative from Hawk employment will also be available to assist applicants with locating employment.
"There are some very good job opportunities here in northeast Oklahoma," said S. Diane Kelley, Cherokee Nation Career Services group leader. "Our staff will be on hand to provide assistance with resumes, applications and job searches."
