GROVE, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation will host a business development workshop on Thursday, August 11, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The workshop, presented by the Native American Business Center, will cover tips to help business owners and entrepreneurs better understand how to successfully market their business. A representative from the Cherokee Nation’s Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) will also be available to explain the tribe’s TERO program and the benefits it has to offer small businesses.“Marketing is very important when making long-term business decisions,” said Crystal Washington, marketing assistant with the Cherokee Nation. “It's a great way to help your business be prepared for the unexpected.”
