OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — The Cherokee Nation will host a community meeting on Tuesday, October 12, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Classen Building, 4801 North Classen Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Principal Chief Chad Smith will discuss current issues impacting the Cherokee Nation, including the importance up the United States Senate race and State Question 712."It's a chance for Cherokee people to come together and talk about what's important to us," Chief Smith said. "I look forward to these community meetings and the lively exchange that can happen when discussing critical issues."
