TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program will begin accepting applications for the fiscal year 2005 vendor contract agreements on July 15th. Each application must include a price sheet reflecting prices valid as of July 15th.Retail food vendors wanting to apply for a fiscal year 2005 vendor contract should contact the Cherokee Nation WIC Program, phone: 918-456-0671 (ext.2588_ or write the Cherokee Nation WIC program address: P.O. Box 948, Tahlequah, OK 74465, before July 15th. Applications will be accepted through July 31st. Applications received after that date will not be considered for an agreement.
