CATOOSA, OKLAHOMA – Oklahoma’s most wanted deadbeat dad, Jeffery Scott Bickert, 35, of Grove, Okla., was recently arrested by the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service.“I want to commend our Marshal Service for their excellent work, quick response and for apprehending this criminal without further incident,” said Principal Chief Chad Smith.
The Marshal Service received information that Bickert was at the Cherokee Casino located in Catoosa, Okla. Bickert is wanted by Oklahoma’s Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) for back child support in the amount of $75,000. He holds the number one spot on the CSED’s 10 most wanted list and the Tulsa County Sheriffs Office also has a warrant out for Bickert, carrying a bond in the amount of $25,000, for assault and battery on a police officer. Additionally, Delaware County Sheriffs have two misdemeanors and a felony warrant for Bickert for omitting to provide for minor children.
