CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA - A field certification clerk from the Cherokee Nation Registration department will be at Claremore Indian Health Services Hospital on Will Rogers Blvd. in Claremore on Wednesday, November 26 from 8 a.m. to noon to assist Cherokees with applications for Certificate of Degree of Blood (CDIB) cards and membership in the Cherokee Nation. There is no charge for application services or tribal membership.
