TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA - Sequoyah High School (SHS) football fans can now watch a delayed broadcast of the SHS play-off games on Tahlequah cable."Were excited about this," said Tony Pivec, SHS superintendent. "Win or lose you can catch the SHS football team in action on T.V."
The first game will be aired on Wednesday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m. on Tahlequah Cable channel 25. The game was originally played on Friday, November 14 against Antlers.
SHS will host Pawnee this Saturday, November 22 at 7:30 p.m. The game will then be broadcast Wednesday, November 26 at 7:00 p.m.

"Home of the Indians!" Sequoyah High School is an Indian boarding school which originated in 1871 when the Cherokee National Council passed an act setting up an orphan asylum to take care of the many orphans that came out of the Civil War. Sequoyah High School's approximate 300 enrollment represents 42 tribes and 14 different states. Students are eligible to attend if they are members of federally recognized Indian tribes or one-fourth blood descendants of such members.
