TAHLEQUAH, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program will begin accepting applications for the fiscal year 2004 vendor contract agreements on July 15th. Each application must include a price sheet reflecting prices valid as of July 15th.

Retail food vendors wanting to apply for a fiscal year 2004 vendor application should contact the Cherokee Nation WIC program, phone: 918-456-0671 (ext.2588), or write the Cherokee Nation WIC program at P.O. Box 948, Tahlequah, OK 74465, before July 15th.

Applications will be accepted through July 31st. After that date, those received will not be considered for an agreement.
