PRYOR, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation will host a public meeting on ways to help individuals obtain loans and grants to purchase a new home or repair an existing home on June 24 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Northeast Technology Center in Pryor.The Cherokee Nation and the United States Department of Agriculture will give presentations on how low and moderate income residents can purchase homes with no down payment or subsidized payments based on applicant’s income, and how to obtain grants and low-interest loans for home repairs.
"Anyone looking for a no down payment, low interest home loan or low interest loan to repair their home should come", said Steve Swogger, agriculture liaison with the Cherokee Nation.
