GROVE, OKLAHOMA - The Cherokee Nation will host a public meeting on ways to develop rural areas on July 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Jannette Lee Community Center in Grove.

The Cherokee Nation and the United States Department of Agriculture will give presentations on improving your community’s infrastructure, constructing or improving community facilities, promoting a dynamic business environment, preserving and creating employment opportunities, affordable rental housing, and home ownership programs.

"Tribal administrators, city administrators, county administrators, realtors, school administrators, or anyone looking for a no down payment, low interest home loan or low interest loan to repair their home should come", said Steve Swogger, agriculture liaison with the Cherokee Nation.
