Cherokee History Course To Begin In Jay

TAHLEQUAH, OK - The Cherokee Nation Cultural Resource Center is sponsoring a 14-week Cherokee History course. The class begins February 3 and will meet every Monday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Jay High School in room 12.

The class will be taught in the Cherokee language and is for anyone interested in learning the Cherokee history. There is no fee to take the class. All books and materials are provided free of charge by the Cherokee Nation Cultural Resource Center. George Wickliffe will be the instructor.
