CHC Presents Flat Reed Basket Making Class

Tahlequah, Oklahoma - Flat Reed Basket Making will be the first in the 2003 series of Traditional Art Classes presented at the Cherokee Heritage Center on Saturday, March 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will learn how to make a flat reed basket.
The history of basket making, gathering and preparing materials will also be covered in this class taught by Pauline Hampton. (Materials included in $30 fee).
