SPERRY, OKLAHOMA - A field certification clerk from the Cherokee Nation Registration Department will be at Sperry City Hall, 115 N. Cincinnati, Sperry Oklahoma on Monday, December 8, 2003, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., to assist Cherokees with applications for Certificate of Degree of Blood (CDIB) cards and membership in the Cherokee Nation. There is no charge for application services or tribal membership.
