TAHLEQUAH, OK - The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) held its monthly Board of Commissioner's meeting Tuesday, October 15. Resolutions passed at the HACN Board Meeting include:

• A resolution revising the HACN Procurement Policy.
• A resolution defining the number of Elderly, Handicapped or Disabled Tribal members who will receive preference.
• A resolution combining the Mortgage Buy Down policy and Mortgage Assistance policy into one policy to be know as Mortgage Assistance Program.

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation Board of Commissioners meeting is open to the public. The next meeting will be at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, at the HACN Administration Conference Room, located at 1500 Hensley Drive, Tahlequah.
