Former Chief Justice Ralph Keen passed away this morning in Tulsa after a long illness.

There will be a public viewing Friday, November 29 at Green Country Funeral Home in Tahlequah. His services will be at 11:00 on Saturday, November 30 at First Christian Church, 913 South Boulder, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Chief Justice Keen and our prayers are with the Keen family.
