A resolution authorizing a direct payment to employees transferring to the Cherokee Nation for up to eighty hours of leave. This allows employees who will be transferring to the Cherokee Nation the opportunity to receive a one time, direct payment of up to 80 hours of accumulated leave during the time that their employee records are being established at Cherokee Nation. "Because our payroll system is different from Cherokee Nations, the employees will not receive a paycheck for possibly three to four weeks.
