TAHLEQUAH, OK - The Cherokee Heritage Center is looking for volunteers who want to help give their facility a facelift. The Heritage center will have a work day on Saturday beginning at 9 am and running through 3 pm. Lunch will be provided."There's a wide range of work to be done," said Roger Barr, a Cherokee Nation employee who is helping organize the effort. "We need everyone from specialists like plumbers and electricians to people who can help with painting and general clean up."
