We want the anniversary event to send a loud and clear message that the Cherokee people will not tolerate a lawless government nor will the Cherokee people tolerate those who aid and abet those that break our laws. We plan to invite the press to the Feb. 25th Anniversary event. Your input and assistance is wanted and needed.
Until the Cherokee Nation's (3) separate, but equal branches of government are restored with clear integrity; until our legitimate Cherokee Nation Marshal Service Director and Marshals, and Prosecutor, Diane Blalock, have due process and justice: until our court is restored to full equal power including the District Court, equipment and files are removed from Byrd's administrative offices at the complex and returned to the jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch of government; until Byrd stops holding our justice system hostage; until Byrd is willing to show respect to our courts and answer in our courts for his actions; the Cherokee Nation people will never give up the struggle to bring Justice Back To The Cherokee Nation!
