This is an invitation to meet four "Exceptional Cherokee Artisans", on December 17, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the lobby of the "Restaurant of The Cherokee".The "Cherokee Nation Gift Shop" Invites You To Meet The Following "Exceptional Cherokee Artisans";
Robert J. Conley, author of more than 20 novels such as "Mountain Windsong", "The Witch of Going Snake", and most recent - "The Peace Chief". Conley is a three time winner of the Spur Award.P.J. Gillam Steward's work has received numerous awards. Pat Steward creates traditional and contemporary pottery, with designs and methods used by her ancestors.
Traci Rabbit's artistic talents are focused on the grace, strength and determination of todays Native American Indian women. Rabbit's unique talent and enthusiasm for life is evident in her work.
Bill Rabbit, Cherokee Master Artist, work has been shown in numerous invitational exhibits; including the John F. Kennedy Center and The Native American Center for the Living Arts. Rabbit's art is in collections in numerous other countries.
There will be a drawing for a free Original Art, with purchase of any of Bill or Traci's Products. (To be given away at 3:00 p.m.)
