This will also help us integrate new words into our vocabulary. Remember the basic pattern for a sentence, which is (S-DO-V) and all adjectives will proceed the subject and/or the direct object making the form (Adj-S-Adj-DO-V). The audio portion of these lessons takes a tremendous amount of space so I will have to break this lesson into two parts. This lesson's audio attachment only contains the formal pronunciation of the words for our lesson. The second lesson will just be an audio attachment containing the sentence in the conversational form. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Pretty U-wo-du-hi U-wo-du Woman A-ge-ya A-ge-y Fried Ga-tsa-(h)la-nv-hi Ga-tsa-(h)la-nv Ga-tsa-la-nv Things to remember: When you write out (hla) using the Cherokee syllabary you can use (la) or the (tla) symbol. The Cherokee syllabary is not perfect and neither of the symbols really makes the sound that we are looking for. But that is ok. Chicken Tsi-ta-ga Tsi-ta-g Craving A-s-gwo-s-ga A-s-gwo-s-ga Things to remember: You can only use the verb when you are craving or wishing for a food or drink item. The pretty woman is craving fried chicken, or Pretty woman fried chicken she is craving.
